From September 29 to October 3, Lisbon welcomes specialists and professionals from various sectors who seek to know better and the latest Agile practices, a dynamic group process and project management methodology. Knowledge sharing is ensured through conferences, workshops and eXperience Agile training.

This year's edition of the event is themed “Taking the next step,” exploring approaches that are applicable at the personal and corporate levels. The focus is on a human-centered perspective on companies.

Among the themes of the various conferences, which will give participants the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the reasons why organizations adopt Agile practices, is one related to the human resources area. Another highlight will be how to create and maintain teams in a military discussion, the organization explains in a statement sent to newsrooms.

All conferences take place in Lisbon, at the Electricity Museum, EDP Auditorium and the Portuguese Air Force Air Command, in an event founded by Hugo Lourenço, CEO of Radtac Portugal & Southern Europe.
