November is the month of celebrating São Martinho, more concretely on the 11th. Ribafreixo Wines, in the Alentejo, prepared a special program on wine and regional gastronomy with flavors focused on the chestnut.

From 1 to 30 November, excluding Mondays, visitors to Ribafreixo Wines in Vidigueira, in the interior of the Alentejo, can enjoy a program entirely dedicated to wine and gastronomy alluding to São Martinho.

The package includes a visit to all the key points of the winery, which will culminate in the traditional wine tasting, followed by three wines by the producer, harmonized with regional tastings, with predominance of cheeses and paios, and finally a Panoramic winery restaurant.

A meal alluding to São Martinho in which each dish will be accompanied by one of Ribafreixo's award-winning wines. To open, a partridge soup, followed by a loin stuffed with chestnuts and alheira, closing with a cream of hazelnuts with chocolate and pistachios and still coffee with chestnut glazed.

A package for a minimum of two people and a maximum of eight, for visitors who book at least 48 hours in advance.

The price per person is 35.00 euros and children from 5 to 12 years will pay 12.50 euros.
