Ahead Luís Graça points out that “The algarvians and those who invest in the Algarve have a spirit of great resilience, of great courage and people are determined to open their doors and make this summer not a winter…” convinced that "The Algarve will grow again above the country's average, making it so that the country can grow above the European Union average, because the Algarve was decisive in these years when the country grew above the European Union average …"
The president of PS Algarve addressed the school sector and unemployment, saying that the lay-off will have to be maintained, albeit in different ways than the current ones. On social solidarity, Luís Graça highlighted the work done by the City Councils and Parish Councils, which have done an unparalleled job, regardless of political colors, to combat the ‘embarrassed poverty’ that unfortunately has become a reality again.
