Ricardo Jorge Claudino, a writer born and raised in Faro, who recently launched his first book of poetry, «A Cor Do Tempo», will be at the Lisbon Book Fair next Sunday, 13th.
An autograph session is scheduled, starting at 2:00 pm, next to the Cordel D'Prata publisher's stand (B31).
In the book, the author makes "a journey through the three times – past, present and future – through a very sensory poetry that goes far beyond the keystrokes in his daily life as a computer programmer".
As a source of inspiration there are references to elements of nature, people and places as distinct as his hometown (Faro), the origin of his ancestors (Reguengos de Monsaraz), places where he studied (Beja and Lisbon) and where he emigrated (Amsterdam, Netherlands).
“It is time to discover the color of time and only poetry can reflect on this theme. There are 60 disturbing poems that result from thoughts, timeless questions and some autobiographical episodes. The color fills the time of each one of us ”, says the author.
The book «A Cor Do Tempo» is available for sale at the Lisbon Book Fair, at the Cordel d'Prata publisher's stand, or through its online website.
