On Thursday, April 25, Aline Frazão marks Freedom Day in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia, a commemorative show at the invitation of the City Hall, with the special participation of the Galician singer Uxía, and the Brazilian musicians Katya Teixeira and Sérgio Tannus.
During the weekend, Aline Frazão remains in Galicia, to act on Saturday, 27th, in the Municipal Auditorium of Ponteareas and, on Sunday, 28th, in A Coruña, in the Garufa Club, integrated in the "Are Are Artists" Cycle, of the III Metropolitan Festival of Music and Arts by the Equality.
In these concerts, Aline Frazão presents her new album, edited in 2018, the fourth album of originals, after "Clave bantu" (2011), "Movimento" (2013) – in which she sang the poetess Alda Lara and worked with writers like José Eduardo Agualusa and Ondjaki – and "Insular" (2015).
In this work participated the guitarist Pedro Geraldes (of the Linda Martini), the poetess Ana Paula Tavares, the rapper Capicua and the musician and composer of Luanda Toty Sa'Med.
"In the Rain," wrote Ondjaki, "it is a flight for the future … A beautiful manifesto, yes, of an attentive artist who has been able to oscillate between sensitivity and conviction. As befits music – and dream. "
