Having approved the launch of a public consultation on the multi-annual activity plan for the three-year period 2020-2022, ANACOM intends to listen to stakeholders and to know the priorities and needs identified by stakeholders, consumers, users, operators and others.
The regulator has opened a channel for collecting feedback, which will be studied and taken into account, with a view to becoming more effective in the framework of the tasks provided for by law.
The plan is based on three strategic pillars, which were defined in the context of the 2019-2021 business plan. The first is to ensure that the population derives maximum benefit from the choice, price, quality and safety of services; The second is to ensure the maximum protection of users' rights throughout the territory, especially the most vulnerable populations. Finally, strengthen and hold regulation responsible in Portugal through full respect for its autonomy, exemption and independence.
In addition to the suggestions, ANACOM also has two questions that would like to hear the answers. You can find out more about the topic at the following address.
