Business Confederation defends phased deflation plan

“The economy is closed. Portugal is not working, but the Portuguese are not staying at home! ”, notes the CIP, in a document that will be presented this Wednesday at the extraordinary social consultation meeting, which the Government convened with the union and employers' confederations, to present the plan of decontrol to them.

CIP – Confederação Empresarial de Portugal, led by António Saraiva, defends a phased decommissioning plan, with the opening, next week, of daycare centers, kindergartens and education up to the sixth year, hairdressers, bookstores and used bookstores, according to news advanced by Lusa and TVI.

CIP defends "A deconfination plan that allows the safe reopening of the various activities and the stabilization of the perspectives for citizens and businessmen".

Yesterday, the pulmonologist and former Secretary of State for Health, Raquel Duarte, presented a plan to reduce restrictive measures that prioritizes measures with the highest social, mental and economic costs and with the least effect on the load of covid-19 in Portugal.
