The garden of the Alameda João de Deus, in Faro, will receive the already traditional Festa do Caracol, between Thursday and Sunday, from 23 to 26, in an organization of the Union of Parishes of Faro.
This solidarity initiative, which aims to support the parish's IPSS, aims to promote, promote and promote traditional products, cuisine and Mediterranean culture, namely the gastronomic dishes with the snail, one of the delicacies most appreciated by the Algarve.
However, besides the traditional snail, this initiative counts on musical animation, street-food, homemade ice creams, crepes, sweets, drinks and farturas as well as a handicraft fair.
Admission is free and will run from Thursday to Saturday between 5:00 pm and 4:00 pm and on Sunday between 7:00 pm and 12:00 pm.
On the first day, Néstor and Nuno perform and, on Friday, it will be the turn of the Generation Duo to take the stage. On Saturday, Cristiano Martins will be present on the stage of this solidarity party, while the last day will be brightened with the music of Jorge Miguel.
