Before leaving the hospital, Casillas explained that he did not know "what will be the future" and that he will rest in the next few days, but he already feels "much better" and that the important "is to be here"

The Spanish guardian suffered an acute myocardial infarction on Wednesday while training for FC Porto and had to undergo an emergency catheterization.

Iker Casillas, 37, left a special thank-you to FC Porto's doctor, Nélson Puga, to all those at FC Porto who "made it to the hospital" and the doctors responsible for the catheterization.
