With national products and adjusted every time of year, in The HUB Chef André Silva proposes different combinations of ingredients to taste at any time of day (or night). This in a Gastrobar with informal service, a house that joins the kitchen a selection of Portuguese wines by the glass.
Open to the public 24 hours a day, The HUB is a space marked by the presence of contemporary art and a considerable library for permanent consultation. A weekly musical program is added to these components.
Born in Valongo, André Silva holds a curriculum in several restaurants. Among other establishments, it integrated the kitchen of the Hotel Casa da Calçada Relaix & Chauteaux, distinguished with a Michelin Star.
Winner of several awards including "Cod Revolt", "Chef Cook of the Year", "Gold Fork" of the "Good Bed Good Table Guide" and the Michelin star, he was also the Executive Chef at Porta Restaurante.
