The Clube Natação de Faro (CNFA) resumed its activity on October 1st, with classes for young people and adults, despite the conditions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
“The 2020/2021 sports season started on October 1, with three classes, which reflect a modest but sustained resumption of this club's swimming activity,” revealed the Faroese emblem.
Classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm, in Faro Municipal Swimming Pools: two classes are for children and young people (cadets and children) and the third for young people and adults (absolute) ), trained by coach João Jacinto, “who embraced this project with total dedication”, says the CNFA.
The Clube Natação de Faro was created in 2004, for the development of swimming practice in the municipality of Faro, being the only one that develops this activity in an exclusive way.
In this resumption, “the support of founding members, former members of the governing bodies, Faro City Council and partner companies, namely Ideias Frescas, MSCar and Guerreiros Seguros, has been fundamental”, highlighted the Faro club.
