With the sales value of the work, the SIC host will be able to lead five young people between the ages of 16 and 18, beneficiaries of financial support under the School Social Action, to go to study English for two weeks.
This initiative, which is funded by Cristina Ferreira and promoted by Contraponto Editores, with the support of the Cambridge Assessment English – includes all expenses, such as travel, accommodation, and meals. In addition, the chosen ones will still count on study visits to London and Oxford.
The note sent to the newsrooms also recalls that the book, published in Portugal on November 16, 2018, is one of the five finalists of the 17th edition of the ELTons Awards. The winners will be announced on June 10 at an event taking place in London.
