Daylight Saving Time "Turn Around" to Apple Watch Series 4 - Equipment

The time change in Australia made apple-branded smartwatches stuck in reboot cycles. But only in the first 24 hours.

Australian users used the platform Reddit to warn that Apple Watch has stopped working properly after the country enters daylight saving time, with the devices getting stuck in a loop due to a bug in Infograph Activity.

According to reports, this happened until the total battery consumption, which made it impossible to manually restart the device.

But it seems that the problem only happens during the 24 hours after the daylight saving time change, and affected users have warned that their devices have returned to normal, an information confirmed by 9to5Mac.

However, it is not yet clear whether similar problems will be avoided when the time changes in Europe, on 28 October, and in the US on 4 November.

It is no longer the case that Apple software displays errors when the clocks automatically switch to daylight saving time. When updating iOS 9, for example, iPhone alarms were disabled.
