The leaders and workers of the Central Public Administration were invited to know their level of digital literacy through an online questionnaire.
The INA and the Agency for Administrative Modernization have come together to identify the level of digital literacy of the leaders and workers of the Central Public Administration. To this end, an online self-diagnosis tool was made available with a survey on issues related to everyday computer use.
The Basic Digital Competence tool is available until November 30 and was developed through the initiative under the Axis 3 – Qualification of INCoDe.2030. The goal is for all public employees to have an opportunity to improve digital literacy, and the test stresses the skills they need to develop.
The self-diagnosis lasts for 15 minutes, and should be performed individually. At the end, the user receives a brief report with the analysis of their results. Among the questions, it identifies applications and functionalities of common use of the computer, as well as some rules and regulations related to RGPD, peripherals, etc.
SAPO TEK questioned the INA about whether global data from this survey will be released but has not yet received a response.
