Users can use the application to participate in events in public and green spaces, housing and municipal equipment that need the intervention of the Lisbon City Council or the Town Councils.
After site, launched in 2009, the city of Lisbon made available to its residents the Na Minha Rua application to facilitate the communication of occurrences in the city through geographically referenced photographs.
To make complaints about a situation, you only need to sign in to the app, available for iOS and Android, take a picture, select the location, and describe the problem.
Automatically, the system identifies who has to deal with the matter, which may be a responsibility of the city council itself, the various parish councils or even other concessionaires.
And if there have been several people reporting the same problem, the occurrence will rise in the priority list of situations to be resolved, allowing users to track the status occurrences pointed out by other residents.
