Everything that is behind a patent registration (and not only) - Site of the day

Patent registration is one of the most important steps in protecting an idea, but also a way to "block" other developments, and in many cases to win money by agreements.

The Prior Art Archive site is a project of the MIT Media Lab, Cisco and the USPTO, and is housed at MIT to allow you to search for old information, such as manuals and documentation, that was hard to find before and had an impact on patent registration and especially in the conflicts, litigation and court proceedings that ensued.

The site can be used for search but the database was recently integrated into Google Patents, a search engine with machine laearning that allows the search of all the patents registered in the various registration centers in the world, but also what was the basis development of patents.

There are also other starting points for anyone looking for ideas that have not been patented with TDCommons.
