The Franco-Moroccan midfielder Amine Oudrhiri was announced yesterday as the first reinforcement of Farense for the 2020/2021 season, which marks the return of the Algarve to the First Football League.
The Algarve club reached an agreement with Leixões, of the II League, "for the permanent transfer" of the athlete, for an undisclosed amount.
Amine, 27, signed a contract for “two sports seasons, ending June 30, 2022”, revealed the emblem of Faro.
Formed in France, where he went through sets of lower ranks, the midfielder had in Lusitano in Vila Real de Santo António the gateway to Portuguese football in 2016, followed by three seasons in Matosinhos.
Farense's first official reinforcement for the new season totaled 83 games and a goal in all official competitions for Leixões.
The Faro club should start training next week, with 15 players already confirmed in the squad.
