The experience entitled "Tasting Notes" with chef Alberto Carvalho, proposed by FIMA, will be brightened by the presence of Orquestra Clássica do Sul at an event that will take place at the EVA Hotel in Faro on May 18.
The organization of FIMA – International Music Festival of the Algarve challenged the "chef" to elaborate a special menu to be tasted with a careful selection of wines.
The wine inspiration also served to elaborate, along with the dinner menu, the musical program of that night, to be interpreted by Orquestra Clássica do Sul, under the direction of maestro José Eduardo Gomes.
At each moment of the meal a wine will be served to taste the wonderful melodies that will accompany the whole evening.
Chabrier, Delibes, Mozart, Schubert and Strauss are some of the composers whose works are part of the program tonight.
To taste each of the dishes that make up this evening's dinner, the chef's choices focused mainly on the harvests of Quinta de S. Sebastião.
