As part of the celebrations for the centenary of the birth of Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen, the Loulé Municipal Library will receive the formation “The fascination of words: Sophia's tales for youth”, on October 26, Saturday, from 10 am to 10 pm 13h00 and 14h30 to 17h30.
In this action, promoted by Marta Martins, several works by Sophia will be addressed. The training is oriented towards the acquisition of knowledge and the recension and adaptation of knowledge of literary texts to specific audiences.
It will be sought that the acquisition of knowledge results from the analysis of texts and information that is being systematized, in order to implement more active educational practices with children and young people. It is intended to promote the debate around the contents to work and the accomplishment of small tasks directed to the learning objectives, aiming at the application of concepts.
The concept of Literature, Youth Literature and Adult Literature, the characterization of characters, values and models, the truth versus False identity construction, family and society as actors in the construction of personality, the seduction processes of the youth reader are some of the themes that will be addressed.
