This solution is based on open source and allows users to apply anywhere, giving them the freedom to change between their structures in a secure way. To emphasize security, with data always on the side of companies, but with the protection of third parties by Google.

Carlos Salgueiro, Customer Engineer Google Cloud, mentioned some concepts of Serverless models, that is, running code as a service, used in just one event, for example. Customers pay only for code usage time, not for all associated infrastructure.

Renato Gomes, Corporate Accounts of Google Cloud Portugal, highlights the area of ​​productivity, with some practical examples that companies can introduce, the so-called G Suite. The company claims that since joining the collaboration area, it has created root tools to address the needs of the market with real-time assistance. The search and indexing capability provided by Google Search is given as an advantage of its solution, making it smart and proactive in helping businesses.

Jose Vera, of José de Mello Saúde, highlights his 20 units (18 private and two public), saying that he operates 24/7, using 72 critical applications for health care, with 5,700 work points and 4,500 printers . Faced with this environment, the healthcare unit needs agility, and to that end it has gone to the G Suite, with Chromebooks and CloudReady.

The company's first mission was to contain costs in IT growth, but on the other hand to increase the response of the workplace and its professionals. José Vera emphasizes the ease and the reduction of the time used in the activities, especially when it was necessary to change a machine, before losing time to pass data and to configure. At this point it is enough to disconnect the broken machine and exchange it for another one, because these do not contain data, they are connected to the Cloud. Also, when it comes to safety, if they steal a machine, they take it "empty."

Marcel Smit, CEO of Energy Worx, an energy company, analyzes the data generated. To cope with the growth of the amount of data, the company would have to increase the number of machines, space and employees. By switching to the G Suit, the company began to manage elements such as storage and artificial intelligence more easily, says the executive. The lower cost of operations with Google's solution, given the number of tools available, was the second reason for becoming a Google Cloud partner. The company has a large project with EDP, for the introduction of smart meters. And the company is hiring.

In an interview with SAPO TEK, Jorge Reto made a positive balance of the first year, noting that more important than the financial goals, "and these are well, as we are doing the numbers that Corporate asks us", was to cement the area of ​​partners and grow the network of partnerships.
