Thierry Henry's life in Monaco is not easy. The former French international who has succeeded to the Portuguese Leonardo Jardim has not won any games since joining the Monegasque coach.
This weekend there was one more negative episode in this campaign. Monaco were thrashed at home by Paris Saint-Germain (0-4) and currently occupy the penultimate place in Ligue 1.
Despite this less positive start, Thierry Henry received a vote of confidence from Vladimir Vasilyev, Monaco's vice president.
"Thierry has been hired for the long term, not the immediate, he is not the service firefighter, otherwise we should have chosen another coaching profile," Vasilyev told Canal +.
