Iker Casillas is discharged five days after suffering a heart attack


The Spanish goalkeeper Iker Casillas had been discharged from hospital six days after suffering myocardial infarction during a training of the soccer team of the FC Porto.

Iker Casillas was admitted to the Hospital CUF Porto, where he was taken on Wednesday after being diagnosed with the heart problem, at the PortoGaia Staging Center in Olival.

Just over a month ago, Casillas renewed his contract with FC Porto, which he reached in 2015/16, after having made his career at Real Madrid, having helped the 'dragons' to achieve the title of national champion of the season last.
