The António Aleixo Cultural Center, in Vila Real de Santo António, will host next Saturday, June 8, the VII International Collective Meeting, which will bring together hundreds of participants from Portugal and Spain.
Participants will show the public thousands of objects, such as coins, stamps, stickers, miniatures of cars and motorbikes, matchboxes, emblems and pennants.
This year, the event has as its main theme the centenary of Glória Futebol Clube, for which will be exposed various objects allusive to the event such as cups, trophies and old photographs.
It will also be launched a personalized stamp, envelope and a postcard allusive to the vila-realense club.
During the meeting, there will also be four series of sugar packets alluding to Glória FC, the Guadiana River, the Fauna and Flora of the Reserva Natural de Sapal de Castro Marim and VRSA and several emblematic sites of the county.
The International Collective Meeting, organized by the VRSA and Castro Marim Volunteer Firemen Collection Section, has free admission and can be visited between 10:00 and 18:00.
