SC Farense Algarve SAD informs on a publication on its Facebook page, that it has reached an agreement with coach Jorge Costa to assume the technical command of the Algarve team until the end of this season, sitting today on the São Luís bench where he faces Santa Clara.

Jorge Costa, aged 49, signed until the end of the season, thus succeeding Sérgio Vieira in the technical command of the Algarve club, which occupies the last place in the League.
Jorge Costa started his coaching career at Sporting de Braga, in the 2006/2007 season. The Portuguese coach terminated with Gaz Metan and returned to Portugal almost four years after training Arouca. He then passed by Olhanense, Académica, Paços de Ferreira and Arouca, in Portugal.
Abroad, Jorge Costa coached Cluj and Gaz Metan in Romania, AEL Limassol and Anorthosis in Cyprus, CS Sfaxien from Tunisia, Tours in France, Mumbai City in India and the Gabon national team.
