During the round table 'Reabilitar para Crescer', Gonçalo Santos warned that the domestic customer does not have the capacity to keep up with the price increase, either in the lease or in the final price, he warned of the need for legislative stability in real estate investment, confronted a client who invested 400 million euros, but who in a short time had to face three legislative changes.
"The rental market has a problem is the supply, and this solves a number of issues. Government measures have been more penalizing than market-driven. Create legislative and tax measures for leasing for investors, "said the Head of Development at JLL.
