Social Now 2019 will be held June 6-7 at the Jupiter Lisboa Hotel, the 8th edition of the international conference Social Now. With the background theme "Developing Digital Leadership", Social Now 2019 was designed to offer practical and concrete recommendations on how to increase efficiency, improve results, and increase employee satisfaction through the use of corporate social tools or social intranets.

The range of speakers for this edition of the event is quite diverse, with Céline Schillinger and Kenneth Mikkelsen, who will talk about the current state of leadership and the profile of the leaders needed in the future; Catherine Shinners with techniques to increase the influence of leaders and their credibility and Lee Bryant with a practical model for distributed digital leadership.
Katharina Krentz of Robert Bosch GmbH will present the step-by-step Working Out Loud methodology; Phil Kropp, with recommendations on how to engage and motivate employees, while Jon Husband, who will translate into practice the concept of wirearchy he conceived a decade ago.
Also count on a peer assist with colleagues from Amadeus, Gazprom Neft Upstream, Haldex and Sogrape, from which practical recommendations will be implemented for the implementation of intranets and collaborative platforms, as well as the sharing of the experiences of Sport TV, the NHS, a large Dutch retailer, OutSystems, and the Flemish Green Party.
