The Lisbon Stock Exchange opened the session this Thursday, April 4, on negative territory. In the main European markets, the trend is gaining: Madrid rises 1.33%, Paris gains 0.84%, Frankfurt increases 1.7%, London is the exception, falling 0.54%.

In PSI 20, EDP is retreating 0.51% to 3.5320 euros, and EDP Renováveis ​​rises 0.47% to 8.50 euros.

Galp rose 0.03% to 14.35 euros, while REN rose 0.39% to 2.58 euros.

In retail, Jerónimo Martins remains unchanged at 13.61 euros. In banking, the BCP down 0.46% to 0.2383. For their part, CTT fell by 0.38% to 2.65 euros.

The markets will now be attentive to various events. The European Central Bank (ECB) will publish the report of the last meeting of monetary policy of the Governing Council of the ECB.

The Bank of Portugal will announce several indicators such as Financial Markets (March 2019); International investment position (4th quarter 2018); Current and capital balances (4th quarter 2018).
