Lisbon will have a new system of shared bicycles. Uber will launch a network of electric bicycles in the Portuguese capital.
There will be 750 electric bicycles from the North American company scattered through the streets of Lisbon, the first European city to receive this system, which will not have parking docks, or fixed parking, unlike the bicycle network Gira.
"We are excited to launch the Jump electric bikes in Lisbon and contribute to more people being able to travel as an alternative to the car itself," said Jump Tyan Rzepecki. "With Jump, we want to offer more mobility options and reduce traffic congestion in Lisbon," he said.
