The Study Support Service provided by the Municipality of Loulé was resumed today, on the day that distance learning started.
Similar to what happened during the first confinement in which schools were also closed and teaching activities are only online, this is an initiative whose objective is to make available pedagogical tools, facilitating access to digital media (computer and internet) for students who need them, despite the support measures already implemented, namely the offer of 750 tablets with internet access to all groups in the municipality.
This service will always work in sessions scheduled by prior appointment through the Solidary Education Line, in different parts of the municipality: Poles of Alte and Querença, Salir Tourist Office, Quarteira Library Pole, Loulé Municipal Library and Loja do Munícipe in Almancil .
It is recalled that the Municipality of Loulé created a set of initiatives to support the school community at a time when teaching faces new challenges, such as:
– The Solidary Education Line (966 951 913), with an intervention service at the level of psychology and psychopedagogy for students and families, on working days, between 9 am and 8 pm;
– Providing access to photocopies and card prints for students in grades A and B, (whenever schools cannot do so), via email [email protected] (working days, between 9 am and 6 pm) or the Solidary Education Line;
– The publication of workshops and activity proposals for children on Facebook Loulé Jovem.
