Moche XL eSports Accelerates Electronic Sports in June

Lovers of eSports competitions are scheduled to book the next 15 and 16 June. Altice Portugal reinforced the commitment with E2Tech to promote electronic sports on Portuguese soil, organizing international events and the poster is well complete so that the two days are a great animation.

The Moche XL eSports, which also has the support of Huawei, intends to turn the multipurpose pavilion into a gaming hall. Once again, the best national players and several international figures will be present to compete for the Counter-Strike: GO trophy. Apex Legends, Fortnite, FIFA 19, Rocket League, Clash Royale, Splatoon 2 and PUBG are also scheduled. There will also be classic game competitions such as Sensible Soccer on Sega Mega Drive, Mario Kart 64, Pinball, Sonic and others.

One of the company's goals is not to bring spectators to the Altice Arena, but rather to get the Portuguese to play and try out the games. João Epifânio, from Altice, believes that it is possible to gather the brands around events of this magnitude, being one of the biggest events of the Iberian Peninsula, highlighting the prize money of 100,000 euros. "It is very difficult to keep a youngster in an event for more than two hours, and at Moche XL Sports we have seen them four, five, six hours always enthusiastic," says the head of Altice, pointing out that the goal is to overcome the numbers of the past.

Zorlak, a former Counter-Strike player and currently coach of eSports, was also in the presentation and says there is no video on the internet that can mirror the emotions experienced in an arena of electronic sports competitions. "The public has always been ready for this type of initiative, but we have always fallen short of these expectations, filled with Moche XL Sports," says the specialist, highlighting the event as the best ever held in Portugal.

The organization also confirmed the presence of the Windigo team for CS: GO, which pushes the competition to a new level by joining GamerLegion, the first team to say "present" in the competition in Portugal.
