Monção celebrates with the red wine, the chorizo ​​and the broa - News



Tangil, a mountain parish in the municipality of Monção, in the middle of the Minho region, has already brought tradition with regard to its Red Wine Fair. On May 25 and 26 he repeated the formula for the ninth time. In addition to the green wine region with proofs, shows and sales, the fair has the presentation of local products such as ham, chouriça or broa.

The Red Wine Festival is close to the People's House of Tangil and has a program that includes, on Saturday morning, the "Raid Route of the Loose Stone ". Starting at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, the program provides cooking demonstration with Chef Cordeiro, wine tastings red wine, performance of charangas and verbena with the Group "Paralelos".

By 11:00 pm, Toy takes to the stage to liven up the party.

On Sunday, May 26, the fair opens at 10:00 a.m., with the opening of the "Vinha no Papel" drawing show, followed by the "Red Walk" Color, animated by Pedro Pagodes, and a kitchen demonstration with the Mini Chef Americo.
