PEJENE – Internship Program for Young Students of Higher Education, a project of the Youth Foundation that will be in its 28th edition, still has 200 places available in 50 different areas.
Training students are sought with a preponderance in the areas of management, engineering, design & communication and education, also including diverse areas such as sport, law, architecture, social work, nursing and cultural production, among others.
The internships will last between two and three months, taking place between the months of July and December.
For each stage, food and transport allowances are granted, as well as personal accident insurance.
The vacancies result from a link between the Youth Foundation and the business community to give young people “an opportunity to experience the world of work”.
All young students of higher education, who in the academic year 2019/2020 were attending the last or penultimate year, can apply for up to two internship vacancies.
The application is made through the online platform made available by the Youth Foundation through its website.
In the last two editions, the internship program had an employability rate of around 22%.
