Odemira draws 5,000 euros in vouchers at local shops


The Municipality of Odemira will draw, on January 15, 2021, the total amount of € 5,000.00 in shopping vouchers among consumers who participated in the “Natal é no Comércio Local” campaign, which took place in partnership with the 152 traders of the various parishes, with the aim of boosting local commerce and appealing to consumption in the municipality.

The draw will take place on January 15th, at 18.00hrs, in the Edifício dos Paços de Concelho, the results being published on the Facebook page and on the Odemira Municipality website.

Prizes and shopping vouchers, worth a total of € 5,000.00, will be drawn among all consumers who have made their purchases, worth more than € 10.00, between December 1, 2020 and January 6, 2021 , in the 152 stores in the municipality adhering to the campaign

As a 1st prize, a shopping voucher worth € 1,500.00 will be drawn, the 2nd prize will be a shopping voucher of € 1,000.00, the 3rd prize will be a shopping voucher of € 500.00. Shopping vouchers worth 250.00 € (4th and 5th prize), 150.00 € (from 6th to 10th prize), 100.00 € (from 11th to 15th prize) and 50.00 € (from 16th to 20th prize). The shopping vouchers allocated in the draw must be used in the traditional commerce establishments in the municipality that joined the initiative, until May 31, 2021.

A novelty of this edition of the “Natal é no Comércio Local” campaign was the possibility of purchasing gift cards, a Christmas gift suggestion that opened a wide range of options among the participating establishments.

On January 15th, the winners of the Christmas Storefronts Contest, promoted by the Municipality of Odemira, will also be known, with the participation of 25 stores. The winner of the winning storefront will receive a € 1,000.00 shopping voucher as a prize. The 2nd and 3rd classifieds will receive shopping vouchers worth € 500.00, the 4th and 5th classifieds will receive shopping vouchers worth € 250.00, with baskets of local products from 6th to 10th classified being assigned .
