Initiative takes place on May 2 at 5 pm on the Facebook page of the Ombria Resort
On May 2, at 5 pm, Ombria Resort promotes an online cooking class in partnership with the Cafézique de Loulé restaurant, whose initiative will take place on the Ombria Resort Facebook page.
Taught by Chef Leandro Araújo do Cafézique, the class will teach you how to prepare a Portuguese recipe – Lula Tempura with Black Lemon Cream and Poejo, in which the organic arbutus produced at Ombria Resort will be used to prepare the tempura dough. The objective of this initiative is to support restoration and the promotion of local ingredients / flavors.
Located in the historic center of Loulé, a short distance from the Ombria Resort sales office, Cafézique celebrates the best that Portugal has to offer, from land to sea, accompanied by an extensive selection of high quality wines. Chef Leandro created a take away menu that will start on the first weekend of May with a suggestion for Mother's Day.
