This is the case of the Lisbon duo Candura, which appeared in 2018, and his first work “/ I”, edited by the American GreySun Records, by the American singer, songwriter and improviser, who explores new musical approaches in an ancestral instrument. as the organ, and duo Yeah You, consisting of father, Gustav Thomas, and daughter, Elvin Brandhi, from the north of England, and his investigation of noise as dance music.
The Out.Fest – Barreiro's International Exploratory Music Festival "seeks to reflect what is most significant today in contemporary experimental music, in its many branches – from improvised music to abstract electronics, from free-jazz to noise, to music. contemporary classics and the new and impassable languages that are born every day and enrich the world a little more ”.
The festival, to be held between October 3rd and 5th, is a project of the Out.Ra and Filho Único cultural associations, with support from the municipality. General passes cost 25 euros and daily tickets between 10 and 15 euros.
