The PCP has announced the end of the sustainability factor in long contributory careers for the 63 year and 43 careers reforms next year, easing early retirement cuts as claimed by the left.
The Communists reported that they had reached an agreement with the Government on this matter. The Left Bloc (BE) told the Economic Newspaper that negotiations with the Government on this matter are still ongoing.
The partners of the parliamentary majority BE and PCP have pressed the Government to move forward with the second phase of the revision of the early retirement scheme, but the executive has postponed.
The third phase of the review foresees the end of the sustainability factor for future pensioners aged between 60 and 62 who, at the age of 60, had at least 40 years of contributory career.
