António Eusébio has been the chairman of the board of directors of Águas do Algarve (AdA) since March 15, for the 2021/2023 term, whose position was voted at the company's general shareholders' meeting, as reported here.
In what is the first big interview as president of Águas do Algarve, exclusively to diariOnline South Region newspaper, owner of a curriculum divided between political, business and private life, asked whether once in this position is the end point of political life, António Eusébio, started by telling a story, summarizing that “Politicians come and go and the technicians are always there…”, assuming himself as a coach.
In the context of the experience of making the most of community funds, taking into account the millions that come there through the so-called 'bazooka / vitamin', to carry out the works, which are said to be already underway, to reinforce water in the region. , asked if he is the right man in the right place, António Eusébio assumed that he is a 'bazooka', that he is a "great challenge" and explains that "Investment in the coming years, instead of 10 million a year, has to be 40 to 50 million each year by 2025."
