Portuguese national team, without Cristiano Ronaldo, focuses on Cascais

The Portuguese football team, still without Cristiano Ronaldo, is now in Cascais, having seen the double clash with Italy and Poland, the League of Nations, which will be the last games of the Portuguese team in 2018.

The 25 players called up, in a list highlighting the returns of José Fonte, Raphael Guerreiro, André Gomes and João Mário, all European champions, have to perform until 22:00 at a hotel in Cascais.

As expected, captain Cristiano Ronaldo has again been excluded from the options of the selector Fernando Santos and will only return to the team in 2019.

Portugal face Italy on Nov. 17 with a draw to win Group A League A and qualify for the final four, which they are scheduled to host in June 2019, but even a defeat in Milan could be rectified three days later, when it receives the red lantern and already demoted Poland, in Guimarães.
