Anna Harvey left at age 74, as The Sun says.

Princess Diana's best friend and fashion consultant, Anna Harvey, died. According to The Sun, the former sub-editor left at the age of 74.

According to the paper, Anna became friends with Princess Diana in 1981, when the royalist sought Harvey for help with fashion issues after her engagement to Prince Charles.

Aware that she was about to be exposed to the media, Diana confessed in a 1991 interview with Andrew Morton that she only "had a dress, a silk shirt and a pair of shoes" when she was engaged.

At the time, tried to do everything to change his wardrobe to the new life as a member of royalty and for this he enlisted the help of Anna, who met through the former editor of Vogue magazine, Beatrix Miller. Harvey helped her dress elegantly and stay within the bounds of real fashion etiquette.
