The project «My house is an agenda», promoted by the theater company Lendias d'Encantar and by Musibéria, extended the deadline for delivery of models of musicians from Alentejo, until next Monday, 22.
The initiative, which also has a partnership with the Regional Directorate for Culture of Alentejo, was launched with the aim of reducing the negative impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the professional lives of Alentejo artists.
The project to promote musical creation, in times of isolation, is divided into three phases: in the first, authors / musicians are challenged to compose a model with one or two songs (lyrics and original music) never published before, “ inspired by the current situation and what it caused inside each one of us ”.
In a second phase, the models will be analyzed selected by the project's driving structures, who will choose 10 songs / artists for recording in the Musibéria studio for later editing in CD format.
In the last phase of the project, a concert will be held with the selected artists, for public presentation of the chosen songs.
The organization guarantees a prize of 600 euros for selected music, expenses for recording, editing and publishing the works, as well as the space and technical means for the presentation concert.
To participate, simply send the model in digital format to [email protected], until June 22.
