Revolut is the payment solution that is “in fashion” and has grown very significantly, having already exceeded 6 million users. Fintech's startup recently entered the trading market to make it easier to buy stocks with its app. The truth is that with the growth of this alternative to digital banking, supported by a prepaid debit card, you need to see your team strengthened and Porto could be an important center for customer support.
News about the team building in Portugal has been covered by the international press, and according to Tech Crunch, the customer service center in Porto will host 400 new employees. In February, the company had already installed 70 employees in the Ivens building in the center of Matosinhos. Revolut's plan is to make the center in Porto the second largest in Europe, behind the premises in Krakow, Poland, hiring new employees over the next few years.
According to TC, Portugal currently has 250,000 customers, adding an average of 1,000 per day. People within the company are looking for people not only for customer support, but also for complaints, investigations and compliance with the rules. On the job application page for Porto there are customer support vacancies in various languages such as French, German, Bulgarian, Greek, Czech, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Romanian and Spanish.
