"In 2019 Rodi's minimum wage was already at 700 euros, and with this adjustment the company stands 115 euros above what was set by the Government for 2020," said the company, based in Eixo, in a statement.
“In addition to the basic pay and maximum allowance allowed without tax, employees also enjoy health insurance and an annual productivity premium dependent on the company's profits as a reward for their contribution to the success of the organization”, further details Rodi.
