The «New Year's Eve at Home» party will “toast the new year with hope and solidarity”, promises the municipality of São Brás de Alportel, which has prepared a program with local musicians in digital format, available on social networks.
“Bearing in mind the restrictions determined for this time, in the context of a pandemic and of top priority for the prevention of contagion by Covid-19, the municipality thus invites São Brasenses, present in all corners of the world and all those who want to join, to an online party, prepared to be lived, in a safe and very fun way, at home, where there will be a lot of music for a homemade “ballerina” and a toast to 2021 with hope and solidarity ”, points out the executive, in a statement.
On December 31, starting at 10 pm, the «New Year's Eve at home» party will be played on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and also on Meo Kanal 205250.
The musical animation is on account of São Brás musicians David Brito, Luís José, Ruben Filipe, Valter Reis, Vitor Alves and Tiago Mendonça, “in a gesture of support and solidarity with one of the sectors most affected by the pandemic”, says the municipality .
The municipality has the support of local institutions, aiming to support artists from São Paulo “who this year found themselves deprived of their artistic activity at events” and “paying tribute to the true heroes who, this evening as on every night, continue the mission to serve the community and that this year they have exceeded their limits, for the good of all ”.
“Dress up, take your place in the living room, take a dance dance at home, prepare the raisins for the 12 chimes and join us to welcome 2021, in a toast with hope and solidarity ”, Suggests the São Paulo municipality in an invitation to all citizens.
