It is "one of the most gratifying initiatives to promote citizenship and democracy," said Luís Graça.

"It is an occasion to celebrate the commitment of all those involved in this process in each of the phases of the program in order to achieve its objectives: promoting democratic debate, respect for diversity of opinion and rules of decision-making , education for citizenship and for civic and political participation, "said the Socialist deputies from the Algarve.
The ceremony was attended by Vice-President of the Assembly of the Republic Jorge Lacão, the President of the Commission of Education and Science, Alexandre Quintanilha, and the Assistant Secretary of State and Mobility, José Mendes.
