The organization held this Tuesday the signing ceremony of sponsorship contracts with Cofidis, naming sponsor of the race and Algarve Granfondo and sponsor of the program "The Cycling Goes to School".
The 2020 UCI ProSeries race will feature 11 WorldTeams, including four of the top five in the world ranking: Belgian Deceuninck / QuickStep (1st), German Bora-hansgrohe (2). .), The UAE Team Emirates (4th) and the Kazakhstan Astana Pro Team (5th).
The group of first division collectives is completed by the British Team INEOS, the Belgian Lotto / Soudal, the American Trek-Segafredo, the French Groupama / FDJ, the German Team Sunweb, the Israel Start-Up Nation and the Polish CCC Team. .

Albufeira, the starting point of the 4th stage, will receive the Family Tour, an initiative to reach people of all physical conditions, while Lagoa, where the fifth and final stages of the Tour of the Algarve will be held, will be the stage , on February 23, from the Algarve Granfondo Cofidis, an event that will gather large hundreds of participants, many in leisure, but others with the intention of individual overcoming.
