The secret to making a perfect homemade oat milk - Tips



To confide you will need the following Ingredients, which will allow you to produce about one liter of oat milk:

75 g of oat flakes (do not use the quick-cooking); 1.25 l of Water; a teaspoon with vanilla flavor; a pinch of grated nutmeg; a teaspoon with cornflour; a tablespoon of raw sugar; a pinch of salt.

Having said that, it is time to prepare our oat milk: Put all the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to medium / high heat. When boiling, lower the flame and simmer for ten minutes until the flakes are cooked. Let cool.

Place in a blender cup and blend until smooth. Allow to thicken for one hour. Pass this mixture into a bowl through a thin muslin cloth, squeezing the fabric to force out all the liquid.

Store in a refrigerator.
