WHAT TIMES SHOULD GO TO?
The stadium doors open at 4:00 p.m., but the concert promoter recommends that you arrive a little earlier. "It is recommended the timely arrival to the Stadium because the process of entry will be subject to ticket validation and security," says Everything Is New.

What to do when you get to the Stadium?
"When you arrive at the Stadium of Light please check that you have your ticket (s), identification and proof of payment", emphasizes Everything Is New.
At the entrance you must have the ticket (s), the credit / debit card used in the purchase (indicated in the proof of purchase), proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and a valid photo ID (passport, citizen's card or driving license) that matches the first and last name printed on the ticket.
"In case the purchase was made in a group (maximum 4 tickets), all members of the group must enter the stadium together," adds the promoter in a statement.
Everything Is New also warns that "any ticket purchased through the secondary market (eg Viagogo, Stubhub) or any other unauthorized site will not be valid."
Is it still possible to buy tickets?
According to the promoter, there are still some tickets available. "There will be two ticket offices next to the Stadium one in front of the entrance of the Shooping Colombo (access through the tunnel to the stadium) and a second one with access to the stadium through Alto do Moinhos (near the Mill)," explains Everything Is New.
