Two projects from the «Internacionalizar + Algarve 2.0» initiative receive European funds


Two projects under the “Internacionalizar + Algarve 2.0” initiative, whose central objective is to enhance the success of the internationalization of small and medium-sized companies in the region, will receive community funds.

NERA – Business Association of the Algarve Region, Associação Turismo do Algarve and the Algarve Tourism Region recently obtained approval from CRESC Algarve 2020.

The promoters organize a presentation session on September 30th, 9:30 am, at the NERA premises, in Loulé, addressed to different institutional "players", companies and the media.

In addition to presenting the two projects and the respective actions, this session intends to "arouse the interest of potential adherents to the collaborative networks planned to support the internationalization of companies in the Algarve region".

In addition, the action also aims to “promote a critical reflection on the importance, in the current scenario, of international recognition of the region's goods and services, and on the best strategies to boost collective cooperation initiatives for internationalization”.

«Internacional + Algarve» is a project promoted by NERA and the University of Algarve, which aims to stimulate the emergence of collective inter-business cooperation initiatives, for the internationalization of goods and services produced in the Algarve region, targeting companies within the scope of domain of RIS3 Algarve, in the sectors of tourism, agri-food, sea and ICT.
