UAlg session addresses artificial intelligence and machine learning

The Algarve STP (Systems and Technology Partnership) will promote, in partnership with the University of Algarve, on January 23, a training workshop on the theme "Artificial Intelligence".

The initiative, which aims to promote the regional ecosystem and the dynamics of the Algarve Tech Hub project, runs from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm in the Amphitheater building (building 29), at the UAlg Penha hub.

The session is part of the 'Algarve Innovation Ecosystem' cycle and will be animated by Fraunhofer Portugal, addressing entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, students and university teachers.

“Artificial intelligence is nowadays a frequent subject of debate at scientific and business level, and there are multiple interpretations and uses of this terminology. In this context, the workshop aims to contribute to the training of companies and entrepreneurs on this topic ”, underlines the organization of the event, carried out under the KCITAR project, funded by the CRESC Algarve 2020 program.

The workshop will be organized into two groups: a technician-oriented session with programming experience, and a session for administrators, managers and entrepreneurs.

Given the limited number of participants, interested parties should answer the questionnaire available at this address.
