Regarding the measures taken and to be taken by the Chamber, to minimize the impacts – social and economic – in the municipality of Loulé, Vítor Aleixo started by talking about what is considered most important, "the social and humanitarian ", whose measures are many and cover the most varied sectors of society, including those who were and are at the forefront of combating Covid-19.

Vítor Aleixo points out that the costs of setting up and operating the Drive-Thru at Estádio Algarve, one of the first in the country, was and is being borne by the Municipality of Loulé, a fact that leaves him "very proud", but with this in no way wants to collect laurels for the work done and for the efforts of the Chamber.
